Oscars 2020: How to Livestream & Watch the 2020 Oscars Live

If you’re looking for an Oscars livestream this year, you’re in luck: There are plenty of ways to watch the 2020 Academy Awards without having a traditional cable box. And that goes for checking out the red-carpet festivities beforehand too.

Below, a non-exhaustive list on how to livestream and watch the Oscars 2020 and the red carpet:

How to Live Stream & Watch the Oscars 2020

The 2020 Oscars ceremony airs this Sunday, February 9, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Those with cable can watch it right on their TVs. But you can also access the show on Hulu Live if you have a subscription. AT&T TV Now users can also access the awards show.

There will be a livestream of the Oscars on ABC.com and the ABC app. However, you’ll need a cable or TV provider login to access.

A $30 antenna from Amazon will also pick up your local ABC affiliate. Buy it once, and you’ll always have access to things happening on local cable.

How to Watch the Oscars Red Carpet

ABC.com and the ABC app will have a livestream of the red carpet starting at 6:30 p.m. ET. The red-carpet coverage starts on E! at 5 p.m. ET, which you can access with either a traditional cable subscription or Hulu Live.
