Yolanda Hadid Just Posted a New Photo of Gigi and Zayn’s Baby—Along With a Sweet Note

Yolanda Hadid is one very happy grandmother these days.

The former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills is loving being an Oma to her daughter Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik‘s little girl, whose arrival was announced last month. She even shared a new photo of the her granddaughter in a new Instagram post, along with a very sweet note about how special she is. The family is still keeping baby Zigi’s name and face to themselves for the time being, but her hands are so cute.

“❤️ My heart is expending with so much love and joy for this little baby girl she is an angel sent to us from above…..,” Hadid wrote. “Thank you Mommy & Daddy for making me a Oma, I love every minute of it 🥰”

Yolanda Hadid has reportedly been living with Zigi since they welcomed their daughter. “She is their built-in nurse and they are so grateful to have her,” a source told E! News. She even babysat her granddaughter while the couple enjoyed their first “date night” since becoming parents. “Mom and Dad’s first date night,” G wrote on her Instagram Stories. “She’s in the other room with Oma, but miss her [so much] lol.”

The Hadid family and Malik have kept most of the details of their newest addition private, though both of the proud parents posted about their little girl when she was born. “Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love🥺💕,” G wrote.

“Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful🙏🏽❤️,” Malik said. “To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together x”

Adele Is Going to Host ‘SNL’ for the First Time, and She Had the Perfect Reaction

Mark your calendars, everyone! Adele will make her Saturday Night Live hosting debut next Saturday, October 24 with music guest H.E.R.

Following NBC’s official announcement, the “Hello” hitmaker took to Instagram to share the news with her millions of followers. She began her post in typical Adele fashion, writing, “Bloooooody hellllll” alongside a photo of her and H.E.R.’s names on a post-it.

Adele explained how excited and “absolutely terrified” she is to host her first SNL episode. She wrote, “I’ve always wanted to do it as a stand alone moment, so that I could roll up my sleeves and fully throw myself into it, but the time has never been right.”

“But if there was ever a time for any of us to jump head first into the deep end with our eyes closed and hope for the best it’s 2020 right?” she continued. “It’ll be almost 12 years to the day that I first appeared on the show, during an election…which went on to break my career in America, so it feels full circle and I just couldn’t possibly say no!”

“I am besides myself that H.E.R will be the musical guest!! I love her SO much I can’t wait to melt into a flaming hot mess when she performs, then confuse myself while I laugh my arse off in between it all,” the 15-time Grammy winner concluded. “See you next week.”

It’s safe to say Twitter is “bloody” excited as well and some fans believe Adele’s SNL gig may be proof that she’s releasing a new album before Halloween.

The singer previously served as musical guest on SNL on October 18, 2008 and on November 21, 2015. Adele’s hosting debut will follow Chris Rock’s Season 46 premiere, followed by comedian Bill Burr, and Insecure star Issa Rae, who hosted October 17’s episode with musical guest Justin Bieber.

TikTok’s Hot Cocoa Bombs Are the Latest Food Trend—and You Can Get Them at Costco

The internet just found their new obsession: hot cocoa bombs. The latest viral food trend is taking over TikTok—and this one is even better than Dalgona coffee

Halloween and Thanksgiving aren’t even here yet, but people people can’t get enough of these festive chocolate cocoa “bombs” that are the perfect snack to snuggle up to while watching your favorite holiday movie. They’re essentially edible bath bombs and not only do they look tasty, but they’re mesmerizing to watch because they literally dissolve in warm milk and then release hot cocoa mix, marshmallows, and other delicious goodies.

As you can see in one video, TikTok user @stephanieevaann—who compared the experience to ASMR—puts the bomb into mug, pours some hot milk over it until the chocolate begins to melt, and voilà…the perfect cup of cocoa! It’s seriously like magic.

    Check out more videos below:

Some TikTok users are sharing how to make the hot cocoa bombs at home. According to Cathy Ortiz, cake decorator and entrepreneur from Florida, all you need are four ingredients to make a s’mores-flavored cocoa bomb (via Today):

First, you’ll need to melt the chocolate in a bowl before brushing a silicone mold with two coats of chocolate. Let it dry and then remove the hardened halves from their mold. You’ll then need to melt the edges of one side of the shell and put a tablespoon (or however much you want!) of s’mores hot cocoa mix inside and the mini marshmallows.

From there you’ll heat the rim of the second half and connect both halves together so it forms a sphere before sprinkling the graham crackers on top.

If you want to enjoy this sweet treat without the hassle of preparing it, they’re also available at Costco in flavors like milk chocolate, salted caramel, and s’mores. The best part? A box of 16 hot cocoa bombs are less than $20 and come wrapped in festive red, green, gold, and silver packaging.

Who else is adding these to their wish list?

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s Baby: Everything We Know

It’s official: Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are parents!

After initial reports from TMZ that the couple were expecting their first child, the supermodel confirmed the happy news on April 30 during a remote appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

“Obviously, you know, we wish we could’ve announced it on our own terms, but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well-wishes and support, so…,” she said. “I’m trying [to be present for every part of it]. Especially during this time, it’s a nice silver lining to be able to be home and together and really experience it.”

A source also spilled some tea to Entertainment Tonight at the time. “Gigi and Zayn are expecting their first child together and the couple is very excited,” the source said. “Gigi has kept the secret close to her family and friends for a while as she’s only a few months along. Once Gigi and Zayn got back together at the end of last year it was like they never skipped a beat and knew what they had was special. The couple and their families are overjoyed.”

Here’s everything else we (reportedly) know about Gigi Hadid’s pregnancy and baby.

Hadid’s mom, Yolanda, was very excited to be a grandmother. Before Hadid confirmed the news herself, a Dutch outlet reportedly spoke to her mom. “Still shocked our little secret got leaked to the press,” she told RTL Boulevard. “Of course, we are so excited. I am excited to become Oma in September especially after I lost my mom so recently. But this is the beauty of life; one soul leaves us and a new one comes in. We feel very blessed.”

The couple was reportedly “thrilled” at the baby news, though it was a surprise. “They’ve been through their ups and downs, but neither stopped caring about the other,” a source told People. “They’ve jumped on the timing of having a baby and are preparing for their new lives.” The source added, “Gigi is young but always said she wants several kids. She’s sensitive and nurturing and will be a great mom.”

Hadid was pregnant during Fashion Month in February. The supermodel appeared on an Instagram Live makeup tutorial with Maybelline and makeup artist Erin Parsons and gave us a little hint as to how far along she was in her pregnancy. “People think I do fillers on my face and that’s why my face is round, but I’ve had cheeks since I was born,” she said, per Entertainment Tonight. “Especially Fashion Month when I was already a few months preggo.”

Hadid documented her pregnancy, even though she hadn’t been sharing lots of photos publicly. During an Instagram Live with V Magazine in July 2020, the model said her pregnancy was “not the most important thing going on in the world,” referencing the coronavirus and the Black Lives Matter movement.

But she did take lots of pictures and write in her journal about this special time in her life. “I have been taking a lot of pictures of my bump and sending it to friends and family, and it’s been really cute and exciting…. I’m trying to document it well, because I’ve heard a lot of people say, ‘Make sure you don’t miss it,’” she said. “And I will be sharing stuff like that in the future. I just am not rushed to do it, and I feel like right now I just want to experience it… I just don’t want to worry about waking up every day during my pregnancy and, like, worry about having to look cute or post something.”

She also gave the world its first look at her baby bump. “There’s my belly, y’all. Like, it’s there,” she said.

It’s a girl! Malik confirmed the birth of his and Hadid’s daughter on Twitter on September 23. “Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful to try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task,” he wrote. “The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x”

Hadid shared another photo of her little girl’s hand on Instagram. “Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love🥺💕,” she wrote in the caption.

The couple is “loving” parenthood. “Gigi and Zayn can’t get enough of their little girl,” a source told Us Weekly for an article posted on October 16. “Things are going really swimmingly between them and they’re both so happy. Gigi is so excited to be a new mom and has been appreciating every moment.”

This post will be updated as news emerges.

Issa Rae Says It Was ‘Rude’ for Her Career to Peak While ‘Democracy Was Collapsing’

Issa Rae made her Saturday Night Live hosting debut on Saturday, October 17, and the Insecure creator and star used her opening monologue to reflect on her career—which took off just as the country was, as she put it, “collapsing” from the 2016 election.

She began her monologue by noting how much of an honor it was to perform on the same stage as some of her faves, including Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. “I’m scared that I might throw up but I gotta hold it down because I’m the first black person to host SNL y’all,” she joked. ”I’m really not. OK, I’m lying, it’s not true. But y’all believed it for a second. What if I kept lying to y’all like that? I hope y’all wouldn’t even notice.”

Rae went on to explain that she was originally supposed to host the show back in March, but it was postponed—just like so many other TV shows and movies—due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She also pointed out that she’s hosting SNL around the same time her show premiered on HBO four years ago, right before Donald Trump was elected president.

“The [election] results came in, and, of course, everybody was freaking out. I was freaking out,” Rae continued. “And it felt really awkward for my life to be going so good. Like, it was rude to be peaking right when democracy was collapsing.”

She added, “It’s just really weird to say thank god for what happened in the fall of 2016.”

The four-time Emmy nominee later compared the first year of Insecure to her freshman year of high school, admitting she felt “awkward and Black.” She explained, “I’d see all the cliques and the cool girls that I wanted to be friends with, and I even dealt with bullies sometimes.”

“You guys know it as Twitter,” Rae quipped. “Twitter can be so scary. Being dragged on social media feels like a low-stakes horror movie.”

Ultimately though, Rae noted that her hosting gig is a career milestone. “If doing my show for the last four years is like high school, SNL is like my and you guys are all my dates,” she said. “I’m ready to go all the way y’all.”

Notice who is willing to combine forces and resources with you either personally, in business, or simply to lend a trusted ear when you need them. It’s important to share your deeper feelings or anything you’d like to shed some light on that you normally don’t. Journaling or simple end-of-day note taking might bring up some things you hide even from yourself—or shed light on routines that need readjusting.

This is also a key time, Gemini, to address questions around how you want to spend your time and research the right fit if you’ve been considering a change.

Kourtney Kardashian Wore A “Vote Kanye” Hat And Twitter Has Thoughts

The Kardashian-Jenner clan hasn’t meaningfully commented on Kanye West’s bid for the presidency, which is why it’s puzzling that after months of silence, Kourtney Kardashian seemingly endorsed her brother-in-law…via hat

In an Instagram Story posted on Friday, Kourtney Kardashian posted a link to the “best voter merch” followed by a picture of herself wearing one of the items: a “Vote Kanye” hat. It’s hardly an emphatic statement: in the post, the hat reads backwards because it’s a mirror selfie. Still, Kardashian drew attention to the accessory, tagging West in the post with a big yellow arrow pointing to the hat.

West controversially announced he was running for president on July 4. He failed to get on the ballot in most states but is currently asking voters to write in his name.

While Kourtney’s thought process behind the post is unclear, Twitter’s reaction was loud and clear. “This is so embarrassing,” wrote Tyler Oakley alongside a screencap of the story, in a tweet that’s been liked tens of thousands of times. “kourtney kardashian posting an insta story to her 102 MILLION followers encouraging them to vote for kanye is one of the most irresponsible, egregious and reckless uses of that family’s platform that i’ve ever seen,” posted Twitter use @ajhisnandez. Twitter user @LoveAndyC even made it personal, calling Kardashian’s intelligence into question: *deep sigh* @kourtneykardash You seriously think people should vote for Kanye? You think he can run this country, handle foreign issues, COVID, climate change, possible war, etc? This is incredibly irresponsible and quite frankly stupid. You are a clown.”

Voters may remember the slim margins that gave Donald Trump an electoral victory in 2016 and be concerned that third party votes, especially in swing states, could decide the election. Kardashian did get one thing right: make sure you vote.
